The CPD leadership training provided by Eoghan Keogh was outstanding. The facilitation was excellent – clear, well-paced, and highly engaging. The facilitator created a respectful and inclusive environment, skilfully balancing a wide range of perspectives and adapting to varying levels of knowledge and experience in the group. I’ve done many workshops with Jemma including her 5 am coaching programme and a weekend retreat. She brings a calm, grounded energy to all her offerings. I always come away from her sessions feeling clearer, more focussed and way more connected to myself. Jemma is gorgeous in every sense of the word- wise, warm and so knowledgeable. I couldn’t recommend her more highly.

Before attending Jemma's study skills workshop, my son was really struggling. He felt completely overwhelmed by homework and study and became anxious as a result. He was so disorganised with no idea where to start. Then we found Jemma's workshop. We noticed a difference after just one session. He gained tools to manage his workload, organise his thoughts and his approach to his studies. The improvement in his mindset and study habits has been amazing. I can't thank you enough. This workshop was a game-changer for us.

Eoghans compassionate approach, deep understanding of mental health challenges, and his ability to create a safe and supportive environment for the individuals we support has had a noticeable impact. Our staff have reported feeling more confident and equipped to manage complex situations, and the individuals we support have shown increased engagement and emotional growth as a result of Eoghan’s input. We are truly grateful for the positive difference he has made, and we look forward to continued collaboration.

Eoghan facilitated a series of group work sessions with our client base at our community-based rehabilitation facility, which supports individuals in early recovery. His programme was exceptionally well-designed and thoughtfully delivered, demonstrating a deep understanding of the clients’ unique needs and stages in their recovery journey. Eoghan’s approach was both empathetic and impactful—he created a safe and supportive environment while also encouraging personal growth and reflection. His ability to balance compassion with constructive challenge significantly contributed to the effectiveness of the sessions and was highly valued by both staff and participants.

Jemma supported our son in understanding and embracing his ADHD diagnosis. As parents, we felt quite lost following his diagnosis as there were such few supports out there. Jemma’s guidance at this time was invaluable. Our son understands more about how his mind works and has applied so many strategies to help him manage the day to day of being a teenage boy with ADHD. He is thriving!
